Important Update on Duiker Advisory Services
To Our Valued Clients and Stakeholders,
Duiker Advisory wishes to inform all clients and the public of an important operational update.
Since May 2024, the advisory firm took the strategic decision to temporarily suspend the onboarding of new clients and funding instructions. This was taken proactively to allow management to focus fully on resolving certain outstanding legal matters that require our urgent attention.
During this period, our primary priority remains refunding our existing clients. Duiker Advisory is actively engaged in a structured capital-raising initiative aimed at facilitating the refund of existing client pre-funding costs. This process is made even more complicated than normal by the lack of access to banking services caused by the proceedings mentioned above.
Every available resource and effort within the firm is being directed towards achieving this objective effectively. While at this time we are not announcing a definitive start date for refunds, we can state that much progress has been made and that we expect to announce this in the near future, which will then allow us, God willing, to resume ordinary operations.
We understand that this update may raise concerns, and we regret any inconvenience or uncertainty this period may cause. Please be assured that Duiker Advisory remains steadfast in its commitment to its core values of integrity, privacy, and good faith dealings
