Who We Are
The Duiker Capital brand was created in August 2016 when David Mompati saw an opportunity in advising start-ups to structure transactions that would make their proposal more appealing to investors.

Duiker Advisory’s approach subjects project finance requests to competent business case analysis using financial modelling and thorough project valuation.

The Duiker Advisory structures and advises on Private Equity deals, arranges capital placements and solicits investor interest, aiming to be at the heart of Africa-wide project finance. We have been central to transactions comprising first and second stage-funding of over 45 Botswana-based start-ups in different economic sectors over the past 2 years.
Due to a strong response over the years to the ideas behind the brand, the Duiker Advisory was incorporated in Botswana and has had to increase its capacity from humble beginnings to include a growing, entrepreneur and project-friendly, multitalented team as well as establish an office in the heart of Gaborone in the CBD.
